Well it really depends on your current levels of body fat and genetics
In terms of BodyFat generally most people tend to begin seeing abdominals muscles around and below 10% BodyFat.
Gender also plays a massive part at what point or percentage your abs start showing. Females tend to show abs earlier than men because men tend to store more fat around their stomach.
Genetics contribute also to how visibly present your abdominals are. Some people can sit above the 10% body levels and still have and whilst other people can be below 10% and their abs may still not be present.
