We provide group training however delivery a more personalized approach by limiting classes up to 6 people. Our philosophy is to try to utilize your time most efficiently the gym whilst still providing a safe service with your community members who also have the similar fitness needs as you.

Luke completed his underage of Sport And Exercise Science, Masters of Exercise of Physiology (Rehabilitation) and numerous industry courses. Luke has worked in numerous areas around Sydney and a wide range of professional sporting teams. Movement District is Luke’s first gym which specializes in helping people improve their fitness within a small group setting.
