We believe personal training and small group training doesn’t need to be taken to extreme limits as the risk to reward ratio isn’t worth someone getting injured and then not being able to train.
However we train push our personal training and small group training clients to failure with our cardio equipment as it is much harder/ near impossible to injure yourself whilst still improving your health.
