In short no, unfortunately the pattern of which we tend to lose fat cannot be altered.
However there is some insights we can provide you
Firstly depending on your gender you may lose fat differently. Men tend to lose fat around the extremities and lose fat around their stomach last. Whilst females tend to lose around weight in their upper body and lose weight around their legs last.
But you can lose belly fat
It simply involves continuously being a caloric deficit for a prolonged period of time
And then only after prolonged certain methods have been shown to work to get rid of stubborn areas of bodyfat.
The rate of fat loss is determent on how aggressive and how long the deficit is done for along with how much energy output you (exercise) you do.
